海外渡航届・国内旅行届について

広島市立大学では、留学生の皆さんが国内外でトラブルに遭った場合に備え、状況確認ができるよう
「国内旅行届」や「海外渡航届」を提出することになっています。
個人的な旅行や研修などで、宿泊を伴う旅行をする場合は、必ず国際交流推進センターに届け出てください。

At Hiroshima City University, international students are required to submit a “Notification of Temporary Leave for Domestic Travel” or “Overseas Travel Notification” so that the university can verify their whereabouts in case they encounter any problems while in Japan or abroad.
If you plan to a trip with overnight stays for personal reasons or for training purposes, please be sure to notify International　ExchangeCenter.
