INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH STUDENT MONTHLY REPORT

HCU requires all the international research students to submit a monthly report to check if s/he conducts research activities based upon his/her research plan.
Report by 7 of the next month.
IEC then confirm with your professors/advisors by providing a copy.
We will notify the immigration bureau when failing to report continues.

HOW to submit
(1) Download the file.　  International Research Student monthly report form
(2) Hand writing to make sure the report is made by him/herself. Copying the last month report will not be tolerant.
(3) Bring it to IEC in person

【Note】
As of April 2021, you are supposed to submit your report to International Exchange Center in person.
However, depending on the situation of COVID-19 in the future, submission method is subject to change. Therefore, please be sure to check this page every month.
