Hiroshima City University
The University has a student dormitory for first- and second-year undergraduate students and exchange students from partner universities. The tenancy period is two years in principle. To apply for accommodation, you need to submit the required documents to the Administrative Office during the designed period before enrollment. Residents will be selected based on applicants’ commuting situation, financial situation etc. Please note that due to the limited capacity of the dormitory, your application may be declined.

Private room (approx. 11 sq meters) with air conditioner, bed etc.
Capacity: 96 (48 males and 48 females)
Common facilities: toilets, wash-basins, self-catering kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, shower rooms, meeting room etc.

Dorm custodians: live-in custodians
(2) Rent: \5,900 per month (Utility fees – electricity, gas and water – must be paid separately.)
Common area charge: \1,000 per year
(3) Meals: Not provided
(4) Curfew: 24:00
